Lounging in PJs

Brady and Ian love to hang out in their pajamas. They wake up around 7:30 each morning and usually stay in their PJs until about 10:00, if we're home.

The next few pictures were taken on Wednesday morning. It has been chilly for the last few days - fall is finally here - so it's time for the new long-sleeved pajamas.

These boys are really into pajamas! They've been so excited to get new pajamas for the fall and winter. They want to show everyone their PJs! I got them some Elmo PJs and they squealed with delight both when they saw them and when they wore them for the first time. Here they are in their frog and monkey pajamas. I realized we have stuffed animals that match perfectly (probably no surprise since we have at least one stuffed animal for every animal species, it seems!) and the boys enjoyed carrying them around on Wednesday morning.

The school bus goes by about 8:15 on weekday mornings, and the boys always run to the window when they hear it coming. Here, they're waiting for the bus...
... and here, they're waving as it goes away.
On Wednesday, they grabbed a couple of our Swiffer mops and told me they were fishing. Brady assured me that the fish were small and wouldn't bite me.
