Six Little Ducks

We are so excited that the boys have started singing a lot! They've been doing it for a while but I haven't been able to get it on video until this week because they've been so camera-shy. Their favorite songs to sing are "Frosty the Snowman", "Six Little Ducks", and "Mary Had a Little Lamb". Yesterday morning they went into our music room and announced that they were going to read my music books. They sat down on the floor, flipped through the pages, and sang "Frosty the Snowman". Next, they sang "Six Little Ducks". Here is a video clip of them singing. I put the lyrics below so that you can follow along if you don't know the song.

Six little ducks
That I once knew
Fat ones, skinny ones,
Fair ones, too
But the one little duck
With the feather on his back
He led the others
With a quack, quack, quack

Quack, quack, quack,
Quack, quack, quack
He led the others
With a quack, quack, quack

Down to the river
They would go
Wibble, wobble, wibble, wobble,
To and fro
But the one little duck
With the feather on his back
He led the others
With a quack, quack, quack

Quack, quack, quack,
Quack, quack, quack
He led the others
With a quack, quack, quack
