Trip to Pop's house

Last weekend, we went to Roanoke with Nana and Granddad to visit Pop and Joanna. The boys like Pop's dog, Jack. Jack is not as fond of them! We told Ian and Brady to sit still on the rug and maybe Jack would lick their hands.
Here is Brady, holding out his hand for a lick. (Jack was hiding under the coffee table!) Brady was so proud when Jack finally licked his hand.

He followed Jack into the other room, saying "More, please".

Ian and Brady like spending time at Pop's house. He always has some kind of treat for them. Here, he's feeding Ian french fries.

Brady loves to look at pictures.

We stopped at Cracker Barrel for dinner on the way home. Ian found two rocking horses and climbed on one. Meanwhile, Brady was on the other side of the store looking at other things. Ian kept pointing to the empty horse and saying Brady's name. We brought Brady over to ride too, and Ian felt much better about things!
Brady had to try on this cowboy hat!
