2nd Birthday Party

We had a small party at Nana and Granddad's house yesterday for the boys' second birthday. Pop, Joanna, Aunt Natalie, and Uncle Jeremy joined us for lunch. The boys got some new Elmo bibs from Nana and wore them during lunch.

This year we went with a monkey theme because the boys are really into monkeys right now. They love reading about Curious George and they enjoy playing with their stuffed monkeys. This was their cake:

Here, they're trying to blow out the candle.

Eating the cake!

We didn't get any good ones of Ian eating his cake. This one is out of focus but I wanted to show everyone the giant bite he stuffed into his mouth.

Great-Uncle Herbert and Great-Uncle Bobby gave the boys some helium balloons and they had so much fun with them!

Brady wanted to look through his new book before moving on to the next present.

It was so nice to be able to play outside in February. One of the boys' presents was a tee-ball set. Here's Uncle Jeremy helping Ian with his swing.

Jeremy and Nana helped Brady learn to swing the bat.

Brady was so worn out that he fell asleep on the way home.
The last two years have flown by and have been filled with lots of wonderful memories. Our two tiny babies have grown into amazing little boys who bring such joy to our lives. We can't imagine a day without them!
